Prairie Trail Residences LLC

Update 2/18/16

The infamous Pleasant Residences LLC has had it's name updated to "Prarie Trail Residences".

Update 7/30/2015

Well, we had our hopes up that maybe Terrance Wall was not able to get a loan to build his Un-Pleasant Residences but, that was not to be. Excavation of the lot started this week. No telling why they did not start early in the Spring like most construction projects. But, once our neighborhood was betrayed by the Sun Prairie Common Council in early 2015, someone was going to build the project on this property.

We can only wish that former Mayor John Murray, who wanted this project so very badly, was at home all day to listen to the heavy equipment backup warning's "BEEP, BEEP, BEEP..........." all day long.
